Ticket / Photo ID: You can print your ticket or bring it on your smartphone. A physical photo ID is required for age verification.

Age requirements: You must be 16 or older to attend this event.
Attendees aged 16 to 17 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or leave the studio at 24:00. A written permission from a legal guardian and accompany by another adult, does not circumvent above rules.

Accessibility on site: No elevators are needed to enter the studio and it is fully accessible for all fans.

The Riot Games Arena is wheelchair accessible - however we can only facilitate a limited number of seats in the viewing zone. Please contact us directly (click "SUPPORT" on the bottom right of any ticketing page) if you require an accessible seats ticket. Pricing is the same as a general admission ticket, but you can also bring a friend to sit together with you.

Car Parking: Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the studio, but there are both paid and free parking spaces nearby.

What else should I know before attending?

Food & Drinks: There is a concession stand in the studio that has various food items and beverages for sale - healing orbs are currently unavailable. We allow outside snacks and NON-ALCOHOLIC drinks up to 0,5L and only in plastic bottles. Our concession booth may not offer items that are suitable for all dietary needs. We encourage fans to bring in their own snacks and food if they have any concerns.

Merchandise: The merch booth holds selected items from the Riot Merch store and accepts card payments only. We are not able to sell team jerseys at this point in time.

Bags and Backpacks: The maximum size allowed for all types of bag is A5. These will be checked at the security gates at the entrance. We encourage you to bring open-top bags (not backpacks) as this will expedite the security check in process for all fans and will be easier to store under your seat. There is a free cloakroom where all larger bags must be stored. Security and Riot staff have final say over all decisions regarding which bags or backpacks are permitted into the premises.

Seating: All seating is on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early, if you want to sit with your friends.
