LCQ EMEA 2023 - Grand Final
The road to Champions has just begun! Teams in EMEA that have yet to qualify for Champions will be given one last chance to fight their way into the competition through the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ). LCQ will take place at the VCT EMEA Coliseum in Mitte Berlin and will give EMEA teams one last chance to earn a place at Champions Los Angeles 2023.
Refund Policy
Bought tickets are not refunded, nor exchanged for tickets to other events (please note the match schedule for each day may change at short notice and such circumstance does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund). If the event is canceled the organizer will follow up regarding actions or repayment.

For all stages of the event, games will be shoutcasted in English.
Any age restrictions for attending the Valorant Champions Tour EMEA 2023?
The Valorant Champions Tour is open to attendees 16+. Attendees aged 16 to 17 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or leave the studio at 12 A.M. (a written permission from a legal guardian and accompanied by another adult, does not circumvent above rule)
Children and adolescents under the age of 16 will not be admitted to the venue, even if accompanied by a legal guardian.
Where is the Valorant Champions Tour EMEA 2023 taking place?
The competition is being held in Berlin, Germany at Messe Berlin (Westend), Halle 17.
When does the event begin each day?
On days with 2 matches (Wednesday/ Thursday/ Friday) broadcast begins at 16:30 Berlin time, doors open at 15:30.
On days with 1 match, (Saturday & Sunday) broadcast begins at 16:30 Berlin time, doors open at 15:30.
Attendees aged 16 to 17 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or leave the studio at 12 A.M.
Do I have to print the ticket and do I need a Photo ID?
You can print your ticket or bring it on your smartphone. Your ID is also required.
How do I get to the Arena with public transportation?
You can get to Halle 17 | Messe Berlin by Bus, Subway, S-Bahn or Train. These are the lines and routes that have stops nearby.
Train: RE1, RE2, RE7
S-Bahn: S41, S42, S46
Subway: U2
Bus: 139, 143, M49
Is there parking?
Yes, there are public and private parking spaces nearby.

Food & Drinks:
There are concession stands in the arena that has various food items and beverages for sale. No food or beverages will be allowed in the arena from outside.
Merch Stand:
The merch booth holds selected items from the VCT EMEA Teams and accepts card and cash payments.
Bags and Backpacks:
They are allowed but its maximum capacity is 10 Liters. These will be checked at the security gates at the entrance or also randomly checked once inside the arena. We encourage you to bring open-top bags (not backpacks) as this will expedite the security check in process for all fans and will be easier to store under your seat.
Seating:
All seating is on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early, if you want to sit with your friends.
Photo cameras:
The event staff reserve the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Cameras with professional/interchangeable lenses will not be permitted, nor will monopods, tripods, selfie sticks or flash. Professional audio and video recording is strictly prohibited unless approved by the event.
Signs:
Signs are allowed but they cannot have sticks. Due to security and visibility reasons, the size of the signs should not exceed A3.
Tablets or iPads:
Are allowed so long as they don't block the view of other fans. Even though these are allowed, we encourage you to leave this at home to avoid any losses or damages.
Other items:
Please be aware that dangerous items are not allowed and will be confiscated by security. This includes sprays or aerosols.
Dogs and other animals must be left at home. Service animals are allowed.
The following items have been prohibited for security reasons in the Arena:
Weapons and items can be used as weapons.
Items that may be harmful to people or property when thrown.
Flammable and explosive substances, liquids, gasses, lasers, sharp or pointed items.
Illegal drugs, narcotics.
All posters, banners, and materials containing offensive and political messages.
Documents, announcements, banners, posters, flags, poles, and similar promotional or commercial items without the organization's approval.
Flags, posters, poles, and other similar items may block the audience's view.
All animals except service dogs.
All other inappropriate and dangerous materials.

If I’m planning to dress in cosplay for the event, what rules should I be aware of?
You must be recognizable at all times.
You must have unobstructed vision at all times.
You must be able to sit in your seat while wearing your costume. Please also make sure that others are still able to have an unrestricted view to the show.
You must be able to easily maneuver your costume over stairs or ramps unassisted.
You may not include liquids, gels, or other substances which could cause a mess.
The costume and/or objects cannot include, or otherwise utilize, any edged weapons (such as knives, daggers, swords), or blunt weapons (clubs, maces or other crushing weapons) in steel, iron or any type of heavy material. Sticks are not allowed to be longer than 1 meter.
Banned also are firearms of any kind including air guns or any other type of projectile weapon regardless of whether it is loaded or functional. Bows are not allowed.
We are working in accordance with local COVID guidelines, so to attend the VCT studio in person you will need to meet the existing government regulations in place for Berlin. The current government regulations may change closer to the event, and as such, we will adapt our guidelines as necessary. At the moment we still require you to wear a FFP2 mask inside the studio, unless eating or drinking, and to observe social distancing where possible.
